This section begins at Peavine Road and follows Daddy’s Creek through forested terrain, meandering along the creek corridor to a point across from the Daddy’s Creek campsite. The route features a mix of flat stretches and steeper terrain.

The northern access is along Peavine Road in Fairfield Glade, approximately 4 miles north of the main four-way stop. Parking is limited to the roadside shoulder near the trail crossing.
